Research
Interview
To determine whether they lead healthy lifestyles, I interviewed family and friends of varying ages to inquire about their habits, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
Persona
My interviews revealed that a significant obstacle to leading an active lifestyle is the lack of time to exercise, and we also have inadequate healthy habits due to a dearth of information on how to maintain one's well-being.
Taking into account the aforementioned findings and key issues, I created a persona to better empathize with users and consistently prioritize their needs.
Key insights
Knowledge
A major obstacle to living a healthy lifestyle is the lack of understanding about how to adopt beneficial habits and consume nutritious food that supports our bodies.
Time
There is a common misconception that our efforts are not enough unless we spend hours at the gym. In reality, even 30 minutes of exercise is better than doing nothing.
Facility
Due to insufficient information, we often consume fast food without realizing the harm we are causing to our bodies. While fast food may seem the easiest option, better choices are available almost everywhere.
Design
I started creating storyboards to establish a strong connection with the insights gathered from the user experience.
I did the big picture storyboard to see in a better way the user experience with the process from the beginning to the end.
And also I did the Close up to create ideas about how the product will works.
Paper wireframes.
For my paper wireframes, I brainstormed of ideas about what I wanted to include in my platform then I drew different designs in which I selected the best ideas.
Low-fidelity prototype
For the low-fidelity prototype, I aimed to visualize the design and initiate a usability study to identify areas for improvement in the final version.
High-fidelity prototype.
Homepage
I made some modifications to the design for an easy way to have the easiest way to see your progress and your goals.
Progress
To provide a more visual representation of your weight loss in kilograms or pounds, I modified the graph to a bar chart which allows you to track your progress easily.
Adjust routine
In this section, I included crucial elements such as the exercise intensity and the specific location where you will be performing the activity.

Why I learned
The key is practice: As I embarked on my first project, I encountered stress initially because of my eagerness to complete tasks quickly. However, I soon realized that the process was not as rapid as I had anticipated. It became clear that maintaining focus on my goals and prioritizing the user's needs were of utmost importance.
Trust in my progress: Overcoming the impostor syndrome proved to be one of the most challenging aspects of the project. Despite investing significant effort into this endeavor, I continue to grapple with doubts about the quality of my work. Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that with more feedback, I can continually improve and grow.
